Mr Moore's News Update
Dear parents and carers,
I write to you at the end of a week which has seen us dive into new inquiries, subject material and hopefully a lot to talk about around the dinner table!
Not only have the children had new knowledge to grapple with, but there is a lot of excitement and anticipation in the air ahead of the PTA Firework display tomorrow. I must say that I am in awe of the number of donations received and I know that it will be a fantastic event for all involved. We can't wait to see what is in store whilst keeping fingers crossed for good weather!
We have also been preparing for Remembrance Day. A lot of our learning has been centred around understanding the significance of Remembrance and exploring the symbolism of the poppy. We will have the opportunity to pay our respects on Sunday in the Paddock Wood Remembrance Service in which we will complete a reading of In Flanders Fields and present a wreath at the War Memorial.
Yours sincerely and have a lovely weekend, we hope to see many of you at the Fireworks and Remembrance Service,
Mr Moore

Genevieve performed in Circesque with Aerial Arts Studio. The group's performance was amazing and we are very proud of the work she put into rehearsing; it all came through in the performance! Well done!

#WakeUpWednesday is a campaign by the National Online Safety organisation. It's designed to help parents and carers stay informed about the latest online trends and platforms that their children might be using.
Every Wednesday, a new guide or resource is released, offering simple tips and advice on how to keep children safe online. These guides cover a range of topics, from popular apps and games to general online safety issues like cyberbullying and privacy. The goal is to start a conversation between adults and children about staying safe in the digital world.
We will upload these guides/resources here every week.
