Financial Condition: Sathi lives in Burdwan with her parents and elder sister. Father is a hawker, sells fish. Sathi is a very warm and confident person, extremely nice to talk to. Sathi lives with her Hawker father, Housewife mother and Sister who is doing B Sc. Honours in Mathematics (Tribeni Debi Bhalotia College). Her father takes care of the family and study of both his kids but due to corona the income is extremely bad nowadays. Her sister did not get a scholarship as her results were not as good. In 9 and 10 all the teachers helped her a lot and she was dependent on the library books for study. Her teachers have provided help for most of her study. Her two uncles are separated and does not provide any financial support. Her father made a 1 floor house where they all live together. Also the electricity in her house is not good due to the remoteness. There are not many good schools around and only a handful teaches science. She had submitted form for Kenda High School. Also, she is a bit afraid of travelling far but after talking to her I felt she will do pretty well given a better school. The local school teacher association (as also mentioned in the news paper reporting) promised to help her financially for school and books (Name: Ramprasad Bhattacharya). However no official documents were made confirming it. She wants to be a doctor and hopes she can afford to go to a school which at least has science. She mentioned her father wants to give everything to help her but not sure how much he can do. 100 days job card is available. green incomecard is there (name is not known for the card.) Regarding the teachers organisation, they have not informed anything yet.
