Financial Condition: Biswajit Jana lives in Sabang, West Midnapore with four other family members i.e his parents, sister and grandfather. He has passed from Blind Boys’ Academy. His father is a small farmer. They have a small amount of their own land. His sister reads in class 7. They have houses, roofing with asbestos. Electricity is available. His father has both 100-day job card and BPL card. Their family income is 3000-4000 INR/month. He has an interest in science subject so he wants to pursue science. Narendrapur BBA has helped up to class 10. But Narendrapur BBA has only arts subjects in higher secondary so Bishwajit takes admission to a general school named Changrachak Jagadish Smriti Vidyapith. His school is 20 to 22 km far away from home. Till now anyone has not given any type of financial assurance except Padakshep. All of the information stated above make him a genuine potential needy candidate.
