Harassment, intimidation, and bullying can interfere with a student’s ability to learn and with our ability to maintain a safe and supportive school community. Philip’s Academy does not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or bullying and responds promptly when concerns are reported.
Our procedures are aligned with the New Jersey Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act and applicable New Jersey Department of Education requirements.
The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) has developed this guide to help parents understand their rights and know the duties of the school districts and schools
This form should be used by parents or guardians to report allegations of HIB. A written statement from the alleged victim or other evidence may be attached to the back of this HIB 338 Form
