In compliance with New Jersey State Law (P.L. 2025, c. 72), Philip's Academy Charter School publishes all official public advertisements and required legal notices digitally on this website. These notices are accessible to the public free of charge.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 35:3-2, each active legal notice will remain displayed on our main directory for a minimum of one (1) week from its original posting date. Once the mandatory active display window closes, notices are moved to our public digital archive, where they remain searchable and viewable for at least one (1) full year.
All active and archived notices are also cross-listed via the centralized directory hosted by the New Jersey Secretary of State.
