Listen to me play each string, then adjust your string to match the note. Pause the video if you need to.
Tighten the tuner to make the pitch go up. Loosen it to make the pitch go down.
Play one string at a time and the tuner will tell you if you need to raise the pitch (tighten the tuner) or lower the pitch (loosen the tuner).
The string names are A, D, F#, B. Some tuners put numbers after the note names, If your tuner does this, the string names should be A3, D4, F#4, and B4.

Bandmate Chromatic Tuner - Set the instrument to guitar, set toggle to sharps.
If you know how to play the piano, find middle C.
The A string of your ukulele should sound like the A below middle C.
The D string should sound like the D just above middle C. The F# string should sound like the F# above middle C and the B should sound like the B above middle C.
