Welcome to Mr. Mossie's website!

I started teaching at Pacific Christian School in 2004. I teach Science, Math, Outdoor Education and I also work in the Learning Assistance Department. I was born in Seattle, Washington but I moved to Victoria when I was only two years old. I grew up in Oak Bay and attended the University of Victoria after graduating from Oak Bay High School . I earned an undergraduate degree with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Environmental Studies in 1991. I worked as a research assistant in the Biology and Biochemistry Departments at UVic for many years while caring for their aquaria, research and teaching animals. I have also worked in the forest industry in both harvesting and silviculture operations. Before becoming a teacher I operated a company that employed youth to complete various contracts in BC Parks on Vancouver Island.
