Discovery 10
Welcome to the Discovery 10 online learning platform
Introduction
'No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.' Albert Einstein
The aim of Discovery 10 is to attempt to grasp that higher consciousness, and therefore reveal our highest potential. That is precisely the purpose of spirituality. We shall also see that spirituality and the higher consciousness is not the treasure of just a few, but is something that should help us all in our everyday lives. The sessions are set out in very clear and simple terms, with an emphasis on experience.
Course Includes
Discovery 10 comprises of ten videos covering the foundation subjects of Raja Yoga as taught by Brahma Kumaris. Each session is delivered in a video format taken from an event with a live audience and will include a presentation of the spiritual model, questions from the audience and guided meditation experiments.
We recommend watching the sessions with a notebook to capture the points that are important for you. The beauty of online learning is that you can go at your own pace, and take time to pause and reflect. Each session includes a self review, which is an online form that will go to a Discovery 10 Raja Yoga teacher to follow your progress through the course. You will be invited to write a brief summary of the session, share your reflections as well as there being an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have for a Raja Yoga teacher.
To compliment your progress you can register for details of live online sessions to compliment your progress through this online self study course.
