As a student and teaching professional in a higher educational institution, this portfolio reflects my learning and teaching journey which has endowed me with the passion to prepare learners for their careers, raise their awareness of reflective learning. These ten years have demonstrated the need for continuous reflection, thinking about developing professionally and personally in order to become the best version of myself as a teacher and individual, and encourage life-long learners to be responsible and active members of society as well as good learners. This portfolio is structured as follows. In the about section, you will find a brief overview of my professional and academic career. At the right top of the navigation bar, you will be able to find detailed description of my teaching experience, teaching competence. These sections are followed by recognition & awards, learning materials and CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Activities in which I reflect on my personal teaching development, experience in a team-based working environment.
