TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OWNDAYS OWN YOUR YEAR: GRAND DRAW CAMPAIGN - MEGA DRAW 11 JAN 2026


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 By participating in the “OWNDAYS WEEKLY DRAW AND GRAND DRAW" promotion (the "Promotion"), each Participant (as defined below) confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Promotion-related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 This Promotion is organised and administered by OWNDAYS SINGAPORE Pte. Ltd (hereinafter referred as “Owndays”).

1.3 As a condition of entry into the Promotion, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is above 18 years of age and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions 

2. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1 The Promotion is open to persons:

2.2 “Excluded Categories” refer to:

(a) directors and employees of: OWNDAYS and its subsidiaries, OWNDAYS’s appointed agencies which include KPI Media Pte. Ltd., ARCTIC FOX STUDIO ASIA, Digitech Visual Production, Bug’works Pte Ltd, Wayne Entreprise Pte Ltd. and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Promotion;

(b) immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in Clause 2.2 (a) above. “Immediate family members” mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings;

(c) any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry and/or the draw);

(d) any person whose participation in and/or association with the Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of OWNDAYS) OWNDAYS, and/or the Promotion any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause OWNDAYS and/or the Promotion to be perceived unfavourably; and

OWNDAYS reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Promotion, and OWNDAYS  may at any time during the Promotion (and whether before, during or after a Lucky Draw), disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above.


3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND CONDITIONS OF 11 JAN 2026 MEGA DRAW PARTICIPATION

3.1 The Promotion shall be conducted in accordance with the promotion period stipulated under the OWNDAYS OWN YOUR YEAR: GRAND DRAW Campaign, as published on official OWNDAYS platforms.

3.2 The Grand Draw shall take place on 11 January 2026.

3.3. The Terms and Conditions for the OWNDAYS OWN YOUR YEAR: GRAND DRAW Campaign shall apply in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

4. $1 Million Dollars SGD Grand Draw Mechanics

4.1 There shall be two (2) draws to determine the final winner of the Grand Prize; Preliminary Draw and Final Draw. 

4.2 A Preliminary Draw shall be conducted on the morning of 11 January 2026 to shortlist twelve (12) Participants (“Shortlisted Winners”).

4.3 Shortlisted Winners of the Preliminary Draw will be notified via email and/or message by 10:15am on 11 January 2026 and each Shortlisted Winner must respond within two (2) hours from the time the notification is sent to confirm their availability and eligibility.

4.5 Failure to respond within the stipulated time frame shall result in automatic disqualification.

4.6 The Final Draw shall be conducted live at OWNDAYS Waterway Point between 2:00pm and 3:00pm on 11 January 2026 and the Shortlisted Winners must be:

a) present in person at OWNDAYS Waterway Point during the Final Draw; or

b) available to attend the Final Draw via video call.  Shortlisted Winners attending via video call are strongly encouraged to have their cameras switched on throughout the draw.

4.7 Any Shortlisted Winner who fails to be present either physically or virtually during the Final Draw may be disqualified at the Organiser’s sole discretion.

4.8 The winner of the Final Draw (“Winner”) must arrive at OWNDAYS Waterway Point within one (1) hour from the time the winner is announced. 

4.8a Failure to arrive within the stipulated time shall result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to determine an alternative outcome. 

4.8b Should the Winner be unable to head down to OWNDAYS Waterway Point within the stipulated time, the Winner may appoint another party to do so on their behalf. 

5. Prize Claim and Verification

5.1. The Grand Prize winner must present valid identification (NRIC or passport) and proof of purchase upon request to claim their prize.

5.2. The Grand Prize winner must complete all legal, financial, and administrative formalities to claim the cash prize within 60 days of official notification.

5.3. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

5.4. OWNDAYS reserves the right to deny or claw back any Prize awarded to any winner should the winner subsequently be found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draws. OWNDAYS’s determination on all matters relating to the Lucky Draws shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

5.5. OWNDAYS may at any time and without notice in its sole and absolute discretion and without assigning any reason, substitute any Prize with any other item whether or not of a similar value.

5.6.. OWNDAYS make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any Prize. The Prizes provided are on an “as-is” basis.

5.7.  Failure to comply with the verification or collection requirements stated in 4. $1 Million Dollars SGD Grand Draw Mechanics, may result in forfeiture of the prize at the Organizer’s sole discretion.


6. Personal Data Protection

6.1 Participation in the Promotion requires the processing of Participants’ personal data, including name, date of birth, NRIC/Passport number, nationality, gender, email address, personal mobile number, bank account details (for relevant winners), country of residential, occupation, marital status and number of children. OWNDAYS  may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, publicising and announcing the winners, matching personal data collected through this Promotion with other data OWNDAYS holds about the Participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Promotion and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised content designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the OWNDAYS offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). OWNDAYS may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to OWNDAYS collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and OWNDAYS Privacy Policy (https://www.owndays.com/sg/en/privacy)

6.2. Each participant represents and warrants that any personal data the participant discloses to OWNDAYS is complete and accurate.

6.3.  As a condition to accepting a Prize or participating in the Draw Event as a Weekly or Grand Draw winner, he/she consents to the collection and public disclosure of his name, city/country of residence and image recordings for publicity or commercial purposes in relation to the Promotion. Each winner further agrees to participate in any advertising, promotion, media interviews and publicity activities stipulated by OWNDAYS in relation to the Promotion, and to provide and permit the use of his personal data for any future marketing efforts and media publicity by OWNDAYS in relation to the Promotion. 

6.4. To promote and advertise the Promotion, OWNDAYS reserve the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers and consent to OWNDAYS’s use of such images, films or recordings for creating marketing and publicity materials for public transmission. All intellectual property rights in any images, films or recordings created by Owndays in connection with the Promotion shall vest in Owndays unconditionally and immediately upon its creation. The participant hereby transfers and shall be deemed to have assigned in favour of the Owndays , all rights, title and interest in and to all the intellectual property rights in the images, films or recordings in perpetuity for no consideration. The Participant agrees that such assignment shall be absolute, perpetual, worldwide and royalty free. The participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall waive any right to and shall not raise any objection or claims with respect to the assignment.


7. General Conditions
7.1. All participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Organizer’s final decisions, which shall be final and conclusive.

7.2. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws, including the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022. 

7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNDAYS, its employees and its authorised agents (“Indemnified Parties”) shall not be liable to any Participant for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Indemnified Parties in relation to the Promotion.

7.4. OWNDAYS reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

7.5. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. OWNDAYS and all Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection therewith.

7.6. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded.

7.7. The Organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system failures, corrupted entries, or fraudulent activity, and reserves the right to disqualify any such entry or entry suspected of manipulation.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. During the Promotion period, no refunds will be allowed. 


9. Permit and Regulatory Compliance

9.1. This Lucky Draw is conducted under the rules set out with the Class licence for Trade Promotion Games and Lotteries under the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries - Class Licence) Order 2022.

9.2. The draw process, prize distribution, and participant verification will be conducted in accordance with all terms and conditions approved under the Permit.

9.3. The Organizer will maintain proper records of all entries, winners, and prize claims for inspection by regulatory authorities upon request.
