Welcome!

Preparing a student for life after graduation begins well before caps and gowns are ordered. The resources shared on this page are made available to help you and your student explore opportunities and plan for success beyond the final school bell.

Join our transition agencies and service providers in PRIVATE ZOOM MEETINGS on October 14, 2021 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.

  • Click the link to enter the agency's Zoom Room for a private meeting

    • Please be patient as zoom rooms have waiting areas to ensure privacy

    • Please be respectful of time spent with an agency representative to allow others an opportunity to meet with the agency.

    • Feel free to review information and directly contact the agencies after the event as necessary.

Oley Valley School District's 2021 Transition Night will be held virtually on Thursday, October 14 from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. The virtual event will feature video presentations and live Zoom meetings with the agencies and service providers listed below. Each agency's listing includes contact information for providers and agency representatives, a Zoom link that will be open for individual, private consultations and discussions, and information and materials provided by the agency.

Agency ZOOM meeting expectations:

  • Click the Zoom link in the agency's information section to access the meeting Waiting Room.

  • Individuals will be welcomed into the agency's meeting by the agency representative.

  • Agency meeting discussions will be confidential between the family and the agency. Oley Valley School District is happy to facilitate this opportunity for you to meet and work directly with agencies that may be helpful to your student as they move closer to graduation and prepare for success beyond their school days.
