Dr. Myles Spar, MD, MPH, is a leading authority in personalized performance medicine as an author, teacher, researcher, TEDx talk speaker, advisor to NBA players, and an Ironman athlete. He is also National Director and VP of Medical Services for AndHealth, a digital health company utilizing root cause medicine and participatory care to reverse chronic illness. Dr. Spar is board-certified in Internal Medicine and a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School. Additionally, he completed fellowships in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona and in Health Services Research at UCLA. Dr. Spar is currently on faculty of AIHM (Academy for Integrative Health and Medicine) and AWCIM (Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine) at the UofA. He is the immediate past chair of the American Board of Integrative Medicine and a speaker at the Integrative Healthcare Symposium. Dr. Spar was awarded the prestigious Bravewell Leadership Award for his work in Integrative Medicine with the underserved.
Andie Crosby brings over three decades of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and business development, with leadership roles at Nike, Apple, Gap, Procter & Gamble, and major media brands including Rolling Stone, Glamour, and Vanity Fair. In 2010, her passion for health and wellness led her to The Institute for Functional Medicine, where she built and led IFM’s first marketing department and served as Chief Marketing Officer. Her strategic leadership drove a 13-fold increase in trained practitioners and significantly expanded awareness and credibility of functional medicine. She also led strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption of personalized, systems-based care. Through OvationLab’s Executive in Residence program, Andie now serves as President of Calroy Health Sciences, advancing innovation, clinical research, and practitioner engagement in the integrative medicine space.
Dr. Chris D’Adamo, PhD, is an epidemiologist specializing in how modifiable lifestyle factors influence health across the lifespan and is a partner at OvationLab. He earned his Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he later served as Director of Research for the Center for Integrative Medicine. As Principal Investigator, Dr. D’Adamo has led numerous clinical trials and observational studies on dietary supplements, natural products, interventional devices, micronutrients, environmental toxicants, and lifestyle-based interventions. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications, contributed to medical textbooks, and lectures internationally on nutrition and integrative medicine. Dr. D’Adamo also serves as Senior Research Advisor to the Institute for Functional Medicine and sits on several scientific advisory boards.
