Ingredients:
6 tablespoons loose black (or decaf black) tea
2 tablespoons dried strawberry mint
Condensed milk
Soy milk
Cinnamon simple syrup - make by boiling ½ cup with ½ cup white sugar and two cinnamon sticks.Stir until sugar is dissolved. Allow to steep for a while after boiling (20-30 minutes)
Instructions:
Bring 4-5 cups of water to a boil in a small or medium saucepan. After the water comes to the boil, turn off the heat and add the loose black tea and mint. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tea using a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Mix tea, condensed milk, soy milk, and cinnamon syrup to taste (recommend starting with a very small amount of condensed milk and syrup).
