Book of the Week and Story of the Week

Book of the Week:

The book of the week is James and the Giant Peach. This is a great book for ages 5 to 12. The book is about a boy named James. he has evil Guardians who are his aunts because his parents passed away. his aunts make him do everything from cleaning their toenails to cleaning the house. and at the end of the day, he gets locked up in his empty bedroom so James is forced to sleep on the ground. will James get out of this torture? And if so how? 

Story of the Week:

Mason felt defeated. he climbed up the stairs to his bedroom the stairs creaked as he climbed up. when Mason got to his room she struck the door and sat down to do his homework. though he soon realized that he couldn't. Mason was in a bad mood because bad stuff had happened at school that day. including being caught sneaking candy during class. though Mason wasn't in huge trouble on the inside he felt in huge trouble. “Time to go to after school” yelled his mom from above him.
