We should all treasure ourselves.
Let's make a treasure chest with all our amazing qualities in them. Use an empty tissue or shoe box and decorate.
Write the words " I am" on the top of the box. Make coin shapes out of card and put them in the box. Each day you can pick a coin out and write a positive statement on it.
You could write things like I am.... amazing/great/loved.
