During the holidays, we will deliver our Easter programme during the first week and the West Dunbartonshire Masterclass programme will follow during the second week. Following the Spring holiday, students will return to school on Tuesday 18 April for 2 weeks before the SQA exams begin on 2 May. We will deliver our full day masterclasses for a range of subjects during the study leave. Busy times ahead and we hope that our students will take full advantage of these additional opportunities for revision.

26/2/2017: This week we celebrate Ash Wednesday on 28 February and the start of this year's season of Lent. As well as our normal weekly mass on a Tuesday lunchtime we are also planning for an additional opportunity for mass each Thursday during lunchtime. Our Youth SSVP Team will also be visiting assemblies each day driving our annual charity work and all registration classes have been issued with their 'Wee Box' for SCIAF.

26/2/2017: With only 5 weeks of school remaining in this current term, our senior students are well underway with their studies and planning for their SQA Examinations beginning on 2 May 2017. Please see the 2017 Examination Timetable below.

12/2/2017: Sunday marks the beginning of Catholic Education Week 2017. Our Catholic school is a community where Jesus is the ‘driving force’ behind the school’s planning and actions. Pope Francis has said that “you cannot speak of Catholic education without speaking about humanity, because the Catholic identity is precisely that God became man”. Catholic schools in Scotland are inclusive communities which welcome, value, affirm and support all pupils, parents and staff to fulfil the potential of their God given talents.

Mr Smith and students attended the Sunday mass at St Joseph's Parish in Helensburgh and the school's annual Catholic Education Week Newsletter is available form all other Parishes in the Deanery. A copy is available below.

2/2/2017: Friday 3 February will be an inservice day for the staff at the school. In the afternoon, Mr Stewart, DHT will accompany a small group of staff to the new school site for a tour of the building and grounds. The new building is progressing extremely well and we hope to be able to have more staff visit the site over the next few weeks and months. The schedule of works is well on track and we hope to be able to start giving tours of the building to pupils from August. You can see some of the most recent updates below taken during January 2017.

The pictures show the detail being added to the outside of the main teaching block and 2 images from the main internal atrium at the heart of the school. The fist view is taken from the platform where our new school Oratory will be. The second is taken from the upper floor of the school cafeteria.
