Nordin Ramli is an accomplished researcher and scientist with over 20 years of experience in engineering and technology, media, and telecommunications. He holds a B.Eng degree in electrical engineering from Keio University, Japan, and M.Eng and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from The University of Electro-Communications, Japan. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at the Putra Business School, expected to complete in August 2023. Nordin's expertise lies in telecommunications technologies such as cognitive radio, wireless mesh networking, IoT, and big data analytics, and digital transformation. He has published numerous journals and conference papers and holds pending patents in wireless communications. He currently leads the Technology Management Department at MIMOS Berhad, where he manages internal and external R&D programs and fosters partnerships with universities and technology providers. Nordin has a proven track record in securing research funding and has supervised researchers and post-graduate students. He has also been involved in national initiatives and served on various committees related to AI, machine learning, and ICT. Nordin is an active member of IEEE and has held leadership positions within the organization. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal IEICE Communication Express and a registered professional engineer and HRDF certified trainer.
