Payroll Information


Substitute Positions-

Once your application has been approved you will be added to our substitute call list. After you have actually worked in the district, stop by the District Office with the payroll forms listed below along with your drivers license, social security card and banking information (voided check) for direct deposit, which is mandatory. Our payroll schedule is bi-weekly.

Substitute teachers will need to complete the Substitute Teaching Training powerpoint and submit the signed certificate to the district office. See link below

If you sub as a teacher please be sure to sign in at the building which you are subbing, so that it gets reported to the payroll department.

If you sub in any of our support staff positions you are responsible for reporting those hours on a timesheet. Timesheets are to be turned into the building principal in which you subbed for approval.

Contracted Positions-

If you are hired for a contracted position you will be scheduled for a one on one meeting with our Payroll Department to go over and complete payroll and benefit paperwork. Benefit package information is available upon request.
