Dual Language Community Preschool
The mission of the Osborn Community Preschool is to provide a high quality, bilingual early childhood program and a positive learning experience for each family. The dual language preschool will help children and their families prepare for Kindergarten by building literacy in two languages and becoming familiar with school routines.
General Information
** Registration for the Dual Language Community preschools will be completed online. If support is needed please call 602-707-2000 or stop by the District Office at 1226 West Osborn Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85013. This includes the summer months of June, July and August until school resumes in the fall . A $25.00 Registration Fee may be collected at this time.**
Ages- Preschool students who turn 3 by the 1st of September or 4 by the 1st of September and entering kindergarten the following fall are eligible to enroll in preschool.

Longview School-1209 East Indian School Road (4 year old program)
Solano School- 1526 W. Missouri Ave (4 year old program)
Schedule
8:00-3:00 on Mon, Tue, Thur & Fri; 8:00-1:00 PM on Wednesday ( Solano 8:00-12:45 PM)

Solano and Longview Dual Language Preschools: Enrollment and acceptance is based on income eligibility. For further information call the summer office number below in blue. Registration for these programs will require families to have income verified through employment stubs or assistance paperwork and may include attendance of services and programs offered to families during the school year.
Encanto Dual Language Preschool:
Program availability is for children who are 3 years of age by September 1st for our 3 year old program or 4 years of age by September 1st and are entering kindergarten the following fall for the 4 year old program.
Tuition based program that also accepts DES Child Care Subsidies and accepts applications for Quality First Scholarships. Scholarships are a first returned, first served, based on completion and income criteria and are limited in number. Registration and scholarship applications are part of the online registration process and can be filled out to determine eligibility. Verification of employment or public assistance forms will be required if you are applying for a scholarship. Attendance in this program may include opportunity to attend services or programs for families during the school year.
Registration Priority consideration is given to families and students based on criteria that may include the following but are not limited to: living within Osborn School District boundaries, siblings who attend Osborn Schools, individuals with special needs, families receiving McKinney-Vento support or other variables.
