Late/Missing Work Policies
Late work: If you submit an assignment late you will lose 15% off of your grade. I accept late work up until the end of the marking period.
If you are absent: You can find all assignments on Google Classroom, if homework was due when you were absent you are expected to hand it in when you return.
For classwork you missed while absent, you are expected to hand it in within five days of your return.
If you missed notes, you can get them by organizing a time to meet me after school or from a trusted classmate.
I recognize that absences and late work can be circumstantial, if you are in a difficult situation, please reach out to me and we can work out a scenario to help you complete what you missed.
Test/assignment corrections: students can make corrections on any assignment for a HALF-points back on the re-grade. Similarly, for tests or quizzes, students can organize a time outside of class to make corrections on any assessment for HALF-points back.
All work must be turned in before the end of the marking period. Anything not turned in, or turned in after the marking period is over, will be a 0 in the gradebook.
