Let's help you get together...better.
Let's help you get together...better.
I love running a good meeting. There's something about bringing groups together to do good work that is uniquely energizing - to know you have the right people in the room, (hopefully) paying attention and ready to build something or figure out how to best handle a complex concern.
But it IS work. A good meeting, retreat, workshop or training takes thoughtfulness, first and foremost. What brings us together? Why now? What is our goal for this time? And how are we going to make sure we make it count?
With the overarching goal of alignment - first among leaders, then among participants - I help clients build agendas to ensure the tasks at hand are accomplished in a way that makes people leave the room ready to get stuff done. And then the event itself unfolds, often in ways we could never imagine but are prepared for nonetheless because of thoughtful design and execution.
Through my graduate work, retreat-specific training and a lot of experience, I've learned how to construct events that will be engaging and productive, and how to manage rooms of three to 300 so my clients can focus on contributing rather than running the day themselves.
