Parents and Players
Welcome to 7th grade boys and girls basketball! We hope you can find all you need here. Check this site and all the tabs on top to find out what you need to have a great basketball experience.
This is a combined boys/girls team website.
Please communicate all absences to the coaches via email or a phone call.
All athletes interested in playing OMS sports need to register online. All forms for physicals, insurance and waivers can be found here:
Practice Transportation
Buses will take players from OMS to RCI for practices.
Bus 18 for players with last names A-L,
Bus 33 for players with last names M-Z
Players must arrange for their own transportation after practice from RCI.
Game Transportation
Buses will take players from OMS to RCI for home games. Players must arrange their own transportation after the home game. Buses will take players from OMS to other schools for away games. Players can take the buses back to OMS or get a ride with parents. To get a ride home after away games, the parent must be present to check out the player OR the player must have a signed permission slip confirming a ride with someone else. We cannot allow players to ride home with other families unless it is set up ahead of the game day. We cannot figure out rides on game day or following a game. If you are ok with other families driving for your player, please mark at the bottom of the form that you "approve of all drivers". This allows your player to ride home with other families to help with carpooling. Please see the link below for permission form. Please fill out and email back to coaches before our first away game.

Cancelled practices will be announced to players so they can tell you at home. All players are expected to attend all practices. We understand that players might have other commitments (other sports or clubs, family obligations, etc). We trust that you will be able to decide your priorities best. All players will be given playing time, but any extra court time will be given to the players who are showing consistent attendance and participation in practice.
