Important Notes:
If you would like to cook with me, you will need the following ingredients:
French onion soup - ½ cup butter, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 onions, beef bouillon or broth, thyme, salt and pepper, sliced bread, Swiss or Gruyère cheese
Chocolate mousse - 3 eggs, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, 1/2 cup cream, white sugar & more cream to make whipped cream to serve with the mousse.
