English IV

English IV (Grade 12) 1 Credit

Prerequisite: English III

English IV College Preparatory A and English IV College Preparatory includes a continued study of vocabulary, effective sentence structure and diction, and composition that focuses on literary analysis and other types of writing, including structure of college essays. Students will write a critical research paper covering one or more significant works. English IV College Preparatory also includes a study of modern drama and modern novel.
