All the information below is ONLY for students who have never been in our MCMS ASB Leadership course but are current students at MCMS.

When you fill out your elective choice form, you must put ASB as your first choice. 

You will be notified whether or not you have been accepted the week we return after Spring Break.

•      Although there is nothing to fill out on this form, it is recommended that you print this out and use it as a checklist.

•      This is your application form which is the only thing you will need to fill out. It's all digital!

Link to Teacher Recommendation Google Form: This must be sent to your math, science, language arts, social studies, current elective, and PE teachers.

• It is your responsibility to send the link to each teacher asking them to fill out a recommendation on your behalf. Be sure you type a polite and professional email, send two weeks in advance, and follow up with the teacher prior to the due date to make sure they have filled it out on your behalf.
