GOOGLE CLASSROOM: TAKE/UPLOAD A PICTURE AND ATTACH TO A GOOGLE SLIDE


FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO UPLOAD A PICTURE FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE TO A GOOGLE SLIDE

OPTION 1: Using a Mobile Device

OPTION 2: Using a Chromebook or Desktop Computer

OPTION 1: USING A MOBILE DEVICE


NOTE: You will need the Google SLIDES app downloaded on your mobile device

The Google SLIDES App is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

1. Click on the SLIDES app on your mobile device

2. Select the Google Slideshow you want to use to upload your assignment

3. Once the Slideshow opens, click the + to access the INSERT menu

4. A menu will open allowing you to INSERT items into your slideshow

5. Select IMAGE

Choose to take image from your photos OR to take a picture with your camera

6. Your image will now insert into your Google Slideshow

You can now complete your task or return to Google Classroom and select TURN IN to submit your completed assignment

OPTION 2: USING A CHROMEBOOK OR DESKTOP COMPUTER


NOTE: You will need to send the image to your computer or upload it to your Google Drive to access it on your computer.

1. Open the assignment on your computer

2. Open the Google Slideshow your teacher attached the assignment

3. Inside the Google Slideshow, click INSERT then IMAGE then choose to UPLOAD from your computer or CAMERA if your laptop offers a camera option.

You can now complete your assignment or if finished, return to Google Classroom and click TURN IN to submit your file to your teacher.
