Casablanca 5 a classic all tube amp offers great tones produced by preamp featuring 2 band EQ with mid boost switch, gain and master volume and spring reverb. Single ended power section using 6L6 drives 1 x 10" Jensen ceramic speaker C10Q. This amplifier has lot of head room which gives plenty of clean sound controlled with high and low controls. Additional mid boost is handy especially when amp starts breaking up.
This amplifier is perfect for home/apartment practice, studio recording and small gigs - its 10 Watt power produce a lot of volume and gets really loud. However combination of GAIN and MASTER volume controls lets player to adjust sound volume even when amp is braking up.
