Xfinity account authorization is a security feature that helps verify your identity when accessing your account from an unfamiliar device or network. When you sign in, Xfinity may prompt you to enter an authorization code sent to your registered email or mobile number to confirm it’s you. This process ensures that even if someone knows your login details, they can’t access your account without authorization from a trusted source.
Xfinity account authorization on various devices ensures you have seamless access to all your services. Here are the different methods you can use to authorize your Xfinity account:
Launch the app on your device (e.g., Roku, Smart TV).
The app will display a six-digit code.
From another device, go to xfinity.com/authorize.
Input the six-digit code displayed on your streaming device.
