SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description

• Provide good sale services to customers and share product knowledge with customers.

• Develop new customer base and generate sales from new and existing customers.

• Handle all customer enquiries, request and complaint promptly, accurately and professionally.

• Handle all sales documentation accurately and professonally.

• Work as a team to support sales operations and inventory management.Issue quotations and invoices to customer.

• Follow up with customer orders promptly and professionally.

• Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business.

• Maintain good product display and cleanliness and tidiness in shop.

• Attend product training and constantly study latest product information.

• Feedback latest customer trends and propose sales idea to management.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.

• Introduce, explain and educate customers on product features and benefits according to each customer needs, budget and lifestyle.

• Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve personal sales target, group target.

• Attend roadshows/exhibition/fair on schedules basis/ as when needed.

• You are also required to perform the duties as may prescribed by the Company from time to time.
