New Families to our CCD Program - please click here

Returning Families:

• • All returning families will be sent a Welcome email from Parish Giving with login information for their parent portal.  All registrations is online, so if you need us to resend this email, please contact the CCD office at (215) 822-9020.

  • When you log into Parish Giving, please verify the following information:

    1. 1. 1. 1. Parent email addresses

             2. Parent phone numbers

             3. Emergency Contact information - please note that this should be an alternate contact in the event we cannot reach a parent.  Parents are always the primary contact.

             4. Any medical or IEP information on your child(ren) - including allergies

             5. Can also add a child if needed

  • You will have the ability to pay your registration fees online via bank transfer or credit card.  Once the registration is paid in full, you will be able to choose the session for each student you are registering.  If you prefer to pay with a cash or a check, you can bring your payment to the office or mail it.  If coming to the building after hours, please put your check in an envelope marked CCD Registration and place it in the lockbox to the right of the door.

  • Please keep in mind that once a session is full, no additional children will be added.  If you have a strong preference for a particular day, please register early.  Preference will be given to those who have paid in full.  We will NOT hold space unless a payment has been made.

  • Anyone with financial needs or questions must contact the CCD Office at (215) 822-9020 or olshccd@olsh-hilltown.com,. We are happy to work with you. Please DO NOT delay registering your child(ren) due to financial difficulty.   

Registration Fees:

• • 1 Child = $250;   2 Children = $420;   3 or more Children = $525

  • $10 Discount if registered by July 31st

  • Registration includes all books and materials and must be paid in full in order to register.  

  • Sacramental Fees:  Grade 3 Students – Communion Retreat/Materials Fee: $25

Grade 7 Students - Confirmation Retreat/Materials & Gown Fee:  $75

  • Use your Scrip rebates to pay for CCD!  Start saving now for next year!  Check the Scrip Program page to find out how to register and start ordering.

Day Selection / Class Session:

• • Monday Afternoon   4:45-6:15 PM   (Grades 1 through 6)

  • Wednesday Evening   5:45-7:15 PM   (Grades 1 through 6)

  • Family Catechesis Program:   open to any students who are NOT in a sacrament year.  Visit the Family Catechesis page for more information on the requirements of this program BEFORE you register.  

  • Confirmation Camp: open to all students entering 7th grade (or older) who are preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation in the spring.  See the Confirmation Page for more information.
