Olivet Youth Activities

Below is a list of sports that the Olivet community offers through various organizations for students along with some helpful information.

  • There may be fees for these activities.
  • A bus will not transport students to and from games or activities. These activities may have some traveling to other schools and parents are required to transport their student to and from the them.
  • OJE Football and Cheerleading only - Students MUST have a completed physical form turned into their coach before they can start practice.


Olivet Youth Football

Olivet Youth Football is for grades 4th – 8th. Signups are in June. Practice begins the beginning of August. Games begin the end of August and run through October. For more information, contact Facebook page- Olivet Youth Football.


Olivet Youth Cheerleading

Olivet Youth Cheerleading is for grades 4th – 8th. Signups are in May. Practice begins in August. Games begin the end of August and run through October. Olivet Youth Basketball

Olivet Youth Basketball is for grades K-6th. K – 3rd grade will have signups in September and begin games in the middle of October and end November.

Olivet Baseball Club

The Olivet Baseball Club is a community based organization to help support baseball for players in the Olivet School District. Teams range from 10U-14U. League play is in the Mid-Michigan Pony League. Signups are in January. Olivet Softball

CASL Soccer

Capitol Area Soccer League (CASL) is a competitive travel league http://caslsoccer.org/ and hosts clubs in a variety of towns in the greater Lansing area. Ages: u9-u14, u16 and u19 for both boys and girls. Tryouts can be held in June the fall season runs from September through October and the spring season runs from April through mid-June. Other Local Clubs and Organizations

Eaton County 4-H

Eaton County 4-H is the local 4-H program that is part of the Youth Development efforts of Michigan State University Extension. 4-H is open to any youth ages 5 to 19 and is run and supported by volunteers. For more information call (517)543-2310 or sisungch@anr.msu.edu
