Process for completing on-line leave request forms:
Complete the form for your building/department with the required information and click next. If necessary for type of absence, complete required information on the 2nd page and click submit. The request will then automatically be emailed to your principal/supervisor for approval. Your principal/supervisor will then forward the request to the Superintendent for final approval. When final approval is in place an email will be sent to payroll, who will then forward the approved request to you.
Please allow a minimum of two (2) days notice for teachers and five (5) days notice for support staff for processing this request. Refer to your Master Agreement and/or Employee Handbook for definitions of approved absences.
If your leave request is not approved, your principal/supervisor will notify you.
