Volunteer at OLG
Families of students are encouraged to volunteer, and we have many opportunities for you to lend a hand -- field trip chaperone, media center assistant, cafeteria monitor, team coach, student reading helper and more.
Volunteers must submit Volunteer Profile and a Background Check authorization forms. To learn more about the process of becoming a volunteer at OLG, contact Jackie Longino at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Greetings, Our Lady of Grace Catholic School Families,
Our Lady of Grace’s school family is made stronger by the involvement of our families in school activities, lessons, and events. We depend on parent involvement (and grandparents!) to continue the excellence in our programs, and research shows that all students benefit from greater parent involvement. In fact, there is no doubt that part of what makes our school unique is the time and talent our families contribute.
Our Diocese provides volunteers with guidelines to ensure our children’s safety. If you would like to volunteer in the upcoming school year, please read and complete the requirements explained below. We greatly appreciate our volunteers and hope you will consider serving our school.
One of our needs for the upcoming school year is for volunteers to serve on our School Leadership Council. This is a great way to get involved as a parent, to get to know other parents from across grade levels, and to participate in the future vision of our school. No experience is necessary, only a passion for our mission and our students. Interested individuals should apply online at School Leadership Council Application.
To learn more about available volunteer opportunities, contact us at email@example.com.
Thank you for your continued support of OLG!
Mrs. Catherine Rusch, Principal

OLG loves our volunteers! We value the donation of your time to OLG. If you are interested in volunteering, please read below.
In order to volunteer in any capacity , all volunteers must complete a Volunteer Profile, a criminal background check, and complete the Protecting God's Children course. The background check and Protecting God's Children are completed on the VIRTUS website; instructions on how to create an account are available by clicking HERE. A background check is valid for 5 years and VIRTUS will send monthly bulletins which must be maintained for your account to remain active .
In order to chaperone a field trip , in addition to what is required for all volunteers, the Adult Chaperone Liability Waiver also needs to be completed and is available by clicking HERE. The Liability Waiver is valid for one year, so it needs to be completed each year.
In order to drive for a field trip , in addition to what is required for all volunteers and for all chaperones, drivers must complete the Driver Information form available by clicking HERE. The Driver Information form is valid for one year, so it needs to be completed each year.
OLG thanks you for being so generous as to give of your time to our students and school!
