Our Policy

Cancellation & Confirmation Policy

Old Reliable's Cancellation Policy states that all private lessons and consultations must be cancelled two hours prior to the start of the service. If lessons or consultations are not confirmed by the morning of they will be cancelled. We ask that clients confirm their appointments to save our trainers travel time and gas. Texts will be sent out the morning of the service, or the night before to confirm.

Stay and Trains must be cancelled 3 days prior to service or before. 

If the client cancels for 3 sessions consecutively Old Reliable Dog Training may terminate and deem you ineligible for future services. 

Late Client Procedures

If a client is more that 15 minutes late their service will be cancelled and not eligible for refund. If the client has notified the trainer prior to the service negotiations can be made. If the client is late for 3 sessions consecutively Old Reliable Dog Training may terminate and deem you ineligible for future services. 

Refusal Of Service

Old Reliable Dog Training may refuse service at any time for any reason. If the service has been paid for we will refund the full amount. If it is a package, the client will be refunded the amount for the remaining lessons. 

Trainer Late and Cancellation Policy

Trainers can cancel appointments 24 hrs. in advance unless an emergency arises. If they fail to do so, 50%-100% of your fee for that individual service will be refunded.

If your Trainer is running late you will be notified as soon as possible. You as the client are eligible for 25% refund of the service due to the inconvenience.
