Family Connections

Family Connections provides families with:

• Community resources in order to increase involvement and support in the student's learning.

• Family engagement workshops to help families promote at-home learning and involvement.

• Short-term counseling and consultation to help families address any obstacles to their child’s success.

• Referral services to connect families to numerous community resources.

• Collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other relevant staff in order to promote student success.

The program is designed to enhance the student's academic performance.

Family Connections is funded by Title I and is managed and brought to the school by Catapult Learning, LLC.
