Enid Public Library to Participate in National Voter Registration Day on Sept. 16
September 5, 2025
On Tuesday, Sept. 16, the Enid Public Library will join thousands of partners across the country to celebrate National Voter Registration Day, a coordinated effort to get every eligible American registered to vote ahead of Election 2025.
Since its launch in 2012, National Voter Registration Day has helped register more than 6 million voters nationwide. The annual event brings together national, state and local organizations, as well as volunteers, for a one-day, nonpartisan push to increase voter registration and civic participation.
The Enid Public Library is proud to stand alongside this nationwide coalition to help ensure every eligible citizen has the opportunity to make their voice heard at the ballot box, and to raise awareness about the importance of registering to vote, even in so-called “off-year” elections that shape the future of local communities.
You can visit NationalVoterRegistrationDay.org to see a list of local and national events, along with state-specific resources on how to register and vote.
