Our 2023 State Convention Keynote Speaker is Dr. Sheila Chamberlain

Dr. Chamberlain was the first black woman combat intelligence pilot in the United States Army and the first woman to be elected to the national Tuskegee Airmen. She is a member of the United States Air Force Hall of Fame.

She will speak on Saturday, June 3 at 1:30 pm at the 2023 Oklahoma Democratic Party State Convention at the Cox Business Convention in Tulsa.
