Volunteer Opportunities

On this page you will find volunteer opportunities for district events, in partnership with our OKCPS Foundation and those identified by principals.  This is not an all-inclusive list as some sites have a great volunteer base they manage at the specific site.  This site is updated as volunteer opportunities are identified, so please check back often.  Please note that before you sign-up for any of these volunteer opportunities, you must have completed the individual volunteer application

Encouragement & Confidence Boosting for Students

Looking for a volunteer activity that you can do from home or the office? We've got you covered.

This year our elementary schools would appreciate positive, kind notes to give to their students before testing! You can write as many as you want for individual students, or one that could be read aloud to a whole class.

Notes will need to be dropped off to the front desk of the school of your choosing. Please email Emily Stensland (estensland@okcps) your preferred school and we'll get you connect with the correct personnel. Deadline to drop off is 4/15, please connect with us before then.

Once complete, make sure to log your hours in Raptor! Here's how
