Write a letter to Whaea Ann to persuade her that you're the best person to do the class job you've chosen.  Use your Writing book to draft your letter and when you've finished writing and editing, publish your letter and share it. Good luck! Don't forget to be persuasive!

Handwriting is an important skill, for writing fluency and  memory.  Writing by hand increases brain connectivity which helps memory, especially storing new information. There is research that demonstrates that cursive writing is better than printing.

Daily handwriting practice and working in books will be part of our everyday programme.
