Average Price per service call will be $374.00-$750.00 depending on scope of work. Anything over 30miles will be subject to a one time $187.00 trip charge per service call in addition to standard ( total to travel, assess $374.00 prior to work commenced). All Heat (HVAC) calls have a baseline start of $187.00 depending on findings can increase.

Natural Gas Line Repairs
All schedule 40 black pipe repairs and replacements completed with Viega Mega Press G fittings will carry a 15 yr warranty on fittings and new length of schedule 40 black pipe between new fittings.
1/2"-3/4" $389.00 for the first two fittings and 6"- 18" of schedule 40 black pipe, after that $187.00 per Lf, fittings averaging $100.00 per unit, ball valves averaging $250.00 per unit.
1"-2" $750.00 for the first two fittings and 6"-18" of schedule 40 black pipe, after that $389.00 per Lf, fittings averaging $150.00 per unit, ball valves averaging $280.00 per unit.

Prices subject to change on material based on supply and availability. All material used will be listed on invoice, cost from supply house, unless from truck overhead then will be averaged out. Anything over $750.00 whether labor, material, combination of, will need to be authorized prior to commencement of work via text or email.
