[學術資訊] 灰黑蜻蜓、鼎脈蜻蜓學名更動 

灰黑蜻蜓跟鼎脈蜻蜓都是臺灣靜水域相當常見的蜻蜓，灰黑蜻蜓海拔分布略高一些，鼎脈蜻蜓則廣布低海拔及平原地區，甚至山壁邊的小積水都可以輕易見到牠們的身影。 灰黑蜻蜓在發表之初為鼎脈蜻蜓的一個亞種，直到Lieftinck et al. (1984) 將灰黑蜻蜓提升成獨立種，但也沒說明為何做這樣的分類變革，兩套學名就這樣出現在各大發表中，直至Sasamoto & Futahashi (2013) 藉由分子系統發育分析與形態比較確定灰黑蜻蜓與鼎脈蜻蜓皆為獨立種，且各族群間有明確的遺傳結構，因此將臺灣、中國、韓國產的灰黑蜻蜓命一個新的亞種 Orthetrum melania continentale Sasamoto & Futahashi, 2013。

順帶一提，鼎脈蜻蜓還有一個亞種O. triangulare malaccense (Förster, 1903) 產於馬來西亞，而臺灣的鼎脈蜻蜓是指名亞種 O. triangulare triangulare (Selys, 1878)，只是過往臺灣在使用鼎脈蜻蜓的學名時一直沒有加入亞種的概念。

現在應使用的學名組合為：

灰黑蜻蜓 Orthetrum melania continentale Sasamoto & Futahashi, 2013

鼎脈蜻蜓 Orthetrum triangulare triangulare (Selys, 1878)
