Mrs. Boskill

Grade 2/3

It has been a while, but check out the website to see what we have been and will be up to for the months ahead! Don't forget to follow me on twitter to see what we are doing at school each day! @mrsboskill

We are collecting items for the White Elephant Sale!

Welcome to winter!

Please make sure your children are brining appropriate clothing to school each day. I try my best to make sure children bring all items home each night.

I hope everyone had a lovely summer. I am very excited to start a new school year. I look forward to another learning journey this year with your child. Over the next few weeks there will be a lot of information sent home. Please check your child's agenda each night to ensure you catch what is coming home. On the first day of school your child should recieve their agenda, Welcome note, and mail bag. Please keep all items in this bag including: agenda, homework duotang, and french homework as it protects them from spills and minimizes damages.

I hope to meet many of you on the first day of school but if not I will be making phone calls within the next couple weeks.

On the second day of school your child will recieve a task. "Brown Bag Autobiography" a description of the activity will be on the bag. The Brown Bag autobiographies will be due on Monday, September 10th. This will be a fun way to get to know eachother!

I have a twitter account and try to post often! Please follow me @mrsboskill. This is a great way to stay connected and to see what your child has been learning and a great conversation starter at the dinner table!

As always if you would like to contact me please feel free to write a note in your child's agenda or leave a message with Mrs. Boyle and I will contact you as soon as I can.

Please complete the google form below at your earliest convienence.

About me...

This will be my 7th year teaching and my 3rd year teaching grade 2/3 at St. Daniel's. I have two children that keep me very busy when I am not at school. Charlotte is 3 (though, she would correct me and say she is 3 1/2) and Levi who is 18 months.

When I am not at school, I am often thinking about school (honestly)! Playing and being with my children, or doing something physically active. If there is any extra down time you can find my husband and I reading and drinking coffee.
