This Price includes:

● Based on quad occupancy for students and double occupancy for adult chaperones. 

● Single adult room supplement is $250 per person for 3 nights

● Three nights lodging at hotel in Kissimmee, FL

● Breakfast each morning at hotel (total of 3)

● 2 Day 2 Park Universal Tickets 

● Student Workshop: Animation Sound Design for Choir

● 2 Universal $50 gift card for dining in the park each day (1 per day)

● Taxes and gratuities

This Price does NOT include:

● Transportation (see separate quote below); items of a personal nature, (i.e. souvenirs, beverages, snacks, photos, sundries, etc.); meals in route or not listed above


Transportation Estimated Cost: Not Included in the Above Quote

● Charter bus round trip transportation: 1/56 passenger bus American Coach priced @ $250 per person (this cost will be adjusted as we complete fundraising events throughout the year) 

● Price includes all parking, tolls, and driver accommodations for the total trip itinerary

● Price includes driver’s gratuity

● Price includes a 10% fuel surcharge


Student Expectations

● Students will be asked to learn a small amount of music for the workshop.  We will do this during the warrior period beginning in February. Each student is expected to participate fully in the workshop. Students will be required to wear matching t-shirts during the workshop :)

Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions:

CANCELLATION POLICIES - INDIVIDUALS

Cancellation of individuals must be made in writing to Creative Group Tours, Inc. as well as Katie Williams at OCHS.

*CANCELLATION OUTSIDE 120 DAYS All deposits returned less any fees assessed by suppliers or vendors.

120-90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $100.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers. (Nov. 9-Dec. 8)

90-60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $150.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers. (Dec. 9-Jan. 7)

60-45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $200.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers. (Jan. 8-Jan. 22)

45-0 DAYS PRIOR UNTIL DEPARTURE NO REFUNDS. (Jan. 23-Mar. 8)

Any non-refundable monies will be noted on the contract.

Payment Schedule

All participants must register online through the WETRAVEL site.  (See slideshow below with directions or go to www.ochschorus.weebly.com for more information)Whether you plan to pay through the WETRAVEL site or pay cash/check to OCHS, everyone still registers on this site. 

● Registration by August 31, 2023 (no money due at this time)

● $300 by October 1,  2023 (yes you can make smaller payments at any time)

● $296 by December 1, 2023

● Final balance due by January 15, 2024-amount TBD (between $100-$250 depending on choral fundraising to take place)

● Final participant list due to CGT by January 15, 2024.
