If you are interested in a new app for Chrome, iOS, or other, you must make the request using the process below. PLEASE CHECK the Inventory page PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THE REQUEST FORM. If the app you are interested in is already on one of these forms YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT A REQUEST FORM.

How to File a Possible Breach?
All complaints are taken seriously and evaluated by the district's Data Privacy Officer. The findings will then be communicated to the community where it is seen fit.
Who are eligible to file a complaint about a possible breach or improper disclosure of student data and/or protected teacher or principal data?
Parents
Eligible students (students who are at least 18 years of age or attending a post-secondary institution)
All employees of the district
Employees of another educational agency
