From the Margins

Interested in acting, singing, costume design, stage design or anything else theatre related? From the Margins, John McCrae’s very own student-written school play, may be perfect for you!

From the Margins is a play compiled by student-written monologues, telling the stories and highlighting the voices of lesser known fairytale characters written by the Brothers Grimm. 

If you are interested in auditioning, please fill out the form in the google classroom. Anyone wanting to audition is required to create an audition tape which includes an introduction of themselves, a one minute monologue, and brief singing. Audition tapes are due by February 9th, 2023 at 11:59 pm. You can access the google classroom through the code hzgu6lh.

Rehearsals for the play will take place every Wednesday from 3:30-5:30 pm in the cafeteria, and it is required that you will be able to attend each rehearsal without fail. Rehearsals will take place from late February to the end of April, and it is important to make sure you will be completely available during that time.
