How to Evalute a Website
Why is it important to evaluate web pages?
Anyone can make and publish anything on the internet.
Not all information is reliable and true.
There are no standards and things can change.
Hyperlinks can take you away from reliable pages.
Search engines can drop you into the middle of a site.
When evaluating a page or site
you need to ask these 4 questions
Who wrote or published the site?
Is there information about the author? If no,
then
why do you think
it is missing?
