Please check your OCDSB email for a response from us within a few days. September is a particularly busy month, so please be patient!!
Want to make a course change?
If you are requesting a course change in September 2020, please note that due to limited flexibility in the new timetable, and to minimize movement between cohorts, our usual process is not possible.
Only exceptional circumstances that meet one or more of the following criteria will be considered:
-Missing post-secondary prerequisite or graduation requirement (Gr. 11 and 12 only)
-Improperly sequenced courses
-Course scheduled that has already been completed (ex. in Summer School)
Students may submit a "special timetable request" using the link: Guidance Consultation Request Form. Course change requests must be made by Sunday September 13th.
These requests will be sorted and addressed according to priority.
Guidance Counsellors will attempt to fulfill requests that meet the above criteria and respond by email to students and parent/guardian. If the change meets the criteria above and is possible, the email response will include a copy of the new schedule .
Students will be expected to follow their current timetable until a new one is issued.
