Not OK is OK

In Edmond, Oklahoma and at Oklahoma Christian University, Not OK is OK! We can all benefit from improving mental health.

Eagle PR students are working with the national Campaign to Change Direction to raise awareness in our community about how cultivating mental health is just as important as improving physical health.

One great way we can all improve mental health is to know the 5 Signs of Emotional Suffering for ourselves and those we know. Take the Pledge Now to know the 5 Signs!

After you take the pledge, tell your friends about it and encourage them to do the same! Follow the #NotOKisOK and #changementalhealth online to see how many people join you in making mental health as important as physical health!
