Q: What if my child needs a district device and has not been able to pick one up during prior scheduled distributions?
A: Have a parent/guardian fill out the Device Loan Agreement Form. Once complete, ask your homeroom or first period teacher to please place a ticket with the name, grade and class of the student.
Q: What if my device is having issues powering on, charging or keeping a charge?
A: Please check that your charger matches your device (model 5190 uses a 45 W charger and model 3100 uses a 65 W charger) .
Q: What if my child lost or damaged his/her device?
A: Have a parent/guardian fill out a Chromebook Repair Ticket and submit it with your damaged device and charger to your school's library media specialist. You will be billed a $50 maximum deductible for the first offense and receive a loaner while it is billed and paid via MySchoolBucks.
Q: What type of stylus should I purchase as part of my supplies?
