HOW TO PAY FESTIVAL SITE?

§ Select the online Stall Bookings option

§ Payment may be made by credit card and secured by Paypal (Stall holders do not need to open a Paypal account)

§ Cheque payments (payable to Oatley Lions Club) are also accepted

§ Payment will not be accepted by Elecronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

§ Payment is required within 14 days after receiving the invoice.

§ An auto-generated email will be sent to confirm it has been received.

§ Stall holder applicants will be advised by email and payment options issued within 14 days.

POWER ACCESS REQUIRED FOR STALL SITES.

§ A limited number of stall sites have access to power access. Refer to the booking form for details.

§ Prior approval is required regarding the use of generators.

§ Note: Powered sites are not available in the main street (Frederick Street).

WHAT ARE THE SET UP / FINISH TIMES?

§ Stall holders are permitted to set up on the festival day from 6.00am.

§ Vehicles (unless authorised) must be removed from the festival area by 8.15am.

§ When the the festival finishes, around 3.30pm, barricades will be removed to provide vehicle access.

§ SES and Lions volunteers will confirm when vehicles may enter the festival area which is bounded by barricades located in Frederick St and Oatley Ave, and the Oatley Memorial Gardens (ref festival sitemap)

PARKING OPTIONS

§ Off-street parking is available nearby at the Oatley Campus located at the end of the park (Hurstville Road) from 6.00am - 5.00pm.

§ Stall holders are expected to park in the Campus carpark to allow festival patrons to use the street parking access. Parking entry is free to stall holders, if parked before 8.30am until 5.00pm.

AMENTIES

  • Port-a-Loos is located in the south park area (Oatley Parade side) near the amusement rides. A toilet block is also located in the north park area (opp Oatley railway station).
  • Amenities are also avaialble at the Oatley Hotel (Oatley Ave) and Oatley RSL (Letitia St).
  • Sulo bins are provided throughout the festival area. A skip bin is also located next to the amusement rides (south end of the park - Oatley Parade side). Sites must be clear of rubbish at the close of the festival.

LOCATING STALL SITES

  • Bring your stall receipt. This will help tolocate your site quickly.
  • Lions Club volunteers (yellow T-shirts) and SES volunteers (orange uniforms) are happy to assist in locating your site and answering enquiries.
  • Lions Information Stand staff will also assist with stall enquiries.
  • Vehicles must be parked at the Oatley Campus - street parking is need for your customers.

LOCAL COMMUNITY SITES

§ A limited number of sites are allocated for local not-for-profit (NFP) community organisations. Note your NFP status when submitting your stall application as discount rates may apply.

PACK-UP PROCEDURE

  • The Festival generally finishes around 3.15pm - 3.30pm. The State Emergency Service (SES) staff with determine when it is safe to remove the barricades and provide vehicle access.
  • Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the festival area until the festival is closed. It is recommended that stall holders pack up their sites and equipment before retrieving vehicles to minimise the disruption to neighbouring stall holders.

CLEAN UP

§ Stall holders are responsible for ensuring all rubbish is removed from their site.

§ Failure to leave the stall site clean may lead to a ban from future festival events.
